Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

These terms govern use of the Workino app, the browser-based management console and this website. Using the service means accepting them.

1. The service

Workino is an employee attendance platform operated by Drubit Raid Ltd (company number 514746064). It comprises an employee app, a browser-based management console and the server interfaces behind them.

The service is provided to organizations under a commercial agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms in respect of that organization, the agreement prevails.

2. Accounts and access

  • Employee accounts are created by the employing organization. There is no self-registration.
  • The app is accessed with a phone number and a one-time code; the management console with an email address and a password.
  • Accounts are personal. Do not transfer or share an account, and do not report attendance on behalf of another person.
  • Keep your sign-in details confidential and tell us or your employer if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. The employing organization’s responsibilities

An organization using the service is responsible, in respect of its employees, for:

  • Informing employees that the system is in use and that location is captured when they report, and obtaining any consent the law requires.
  • Ensuring the attendance policy it configures — including blocking reports made outside a site — complies with the labour and privacy law that applies to it.
  • Managing the permissions and scopes of its own managers.
  • Keeping the data it enters accurate, and handling employee requests to access, correct or delete data.
Attendance records are intended to reflect what was actually reported. Using them to calculate pay, to take disciplinary action or for any other decision is the employer’s responsibility alone.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Report attendance falsely, spoof a location, or use tools intended to defeat location verification.
  • Attempt to access another user’s or another organization’s data.
  • Reverse engineer, intrude into, scan or deliberately overload the system.
  • Use the service unlawfully or in a way that harms the rights of others.

5. Availability and maintenance

We aim for high availability, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. Any binding service level, if agreed, is set out in the agreement with the organization.

We may change, add or remove capabilities. Where a material reduction to an existing capability is planned, we will give customer organizations advance notice where practicable.

6. Intellectual property

All rights in the service, the software, the design, the Workino name and the associated trade marks belong to Drubit Raid Ltd. Using the service grants no rights in it.

The data an organization enters and the reports generated through use of the service belong to that organization. We use them only to provide the service and on its instructions.

7. Warranties and liability

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be free of faults, or that any particular report will succeed under any network condition.

The system is not a safety, tracking or emergency system and must not be relied on as one.

Subject to applicable law, our total liability on any basis will not exceed the amounts paid to us by the organization for the twelve months preceding the event, and we will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profit.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access in the event of a breach of these terms, a risk to the security of the system, or non-payment, with notice except in urgent cases.

When an engagement ends, data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv district have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The binding version is the one published on this page, carrying the date shown at the top.
